

Muir Station
Muir Station’s jurisdiction covers the unincorporated county area from Bay Point west to Hwy 4/Cummings Skyway and the northern I-680 corridor of unincorporated areas of Lafayette, Concord, Pleasant Hill and Martinez. It also serves the communities of Clyde and Pacheco.
Muir Station currently has one Lieutenant, five sergeants, twenty three deputies, one Community Service Officer, one Crime Prevention Specialist and three Volunteers. Three of the deputies serve in the Resident Deputy Program and one serves as a School Resource Officer. Bay Point has two Resident Deputies and a School Resource Officer assigned to the community and Pacheco has one Resident Deputy. The Resident Deputies focus on quality of life issues and long term solutions to problems facing the communities they are assigned to. The Bay Point School Resource Officer focuses on at risk students and ensuring all students have a safe learning environment.
